Tom Hendrickson

Tom Hendrickson has been involved with Erotas since 1995. In the early 1980s, he worked with a large commercial construction company, where his love for construction began. In 1997, Tom and his wife engaged Erotas to build their family home. He became passionate about the process and was on site daily to help with construction. He was so impressed with the quality and craftsmanship that went into his home that he went to work for Erotas the following year. Having experienced the process first as a client and now as a builder, Tom brings a unique perspective to every project.
Tom’s excitement for the housing industry prompted him and two partners to found Trias Development in 2004 with a belief that there is a place in the Twin Cities for luxury residential multifamily developments. The group’s first project was a four-unit condo on Mount Curve in Minneapolis. Tom continues to seek out new sites to bring luxury living to Minnesota clients.
